The DVD’s first go over the dancer  performing the entire dance being taught. After this they show the same dance showing only the movements. The dance is then shown again shwowing only the position of the feet.

The Cd’s allow the flamenco dancer to take the music with them when not practicing to get accustomed to the beats.
