Changes and refunds of wrong items or items with manufacturing defects:
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Although we make an individually supplementary control of all the products before shipping them, if you find some problem or manufacturing defect, we will proceed to change the product.
Important: The company undertakes to change the defective or wrong item for a new one the same as the customer requested. The customer will not be able to ask to be sent another item different from the one that the customer bought, nor another model, size, color or size. We will send exactly the article that the customer requested in his original order with the same characteristics.
If the customer wants another item or different characteristics, it is considered a change of article and in this case, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs.
Changes and refunds of items in good conditions:
– All products sent that are in stock have an exchange or return period of 14 days from the date of purchase or shipment. Items must be in perfect condition and unused. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer. The return will be made by a voucher without expiry date or by another article (if the article chosen has a higher price, the customer will pay the difference, if it is a lower price, you will be given a voucher without expiry with the remaining amount).
– Product that can be in contact with private parts: bodies, maillots, shawls or custom made garments … cannot be refund because of hygiene reasons
– Items manufactured by order or customized products cannot be exchanged or refund.
– Products liable to be one-time use like hats, dance canes, : this products can be changed in size but they can NOT be refunds.
Will I be notified when my order will be sent?
Yes. You will receive an email with a notification (with the necessary data for package tracking) when your order has been shipped .
Important: Tamara Flamenco will notify the customer when your package is shipped. It is the customer’s obligation to be attentive to the arrival of the package and make sure that there are no incidents in the delivery (if there are incidents, do not hesitate to contact us). If the parcel returns to the shop because the delivery could not be made, the customer must pay for 2 shipments (the return here and the return of the parcel). This is because the carrier charges each trip of the package. We hope you will be understanding and we ask you to please follow up on your shipment.
I need to send an order to another address (different to my profile address), is it possible?
Yes there is no problem. You just have to write this new address in the shipping information step. If for any reason you want to change this address after order it is done, please contact us.
If some product has a problem, do you exchange it?
Of course, we always guarantee the quality of our products.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes, we have an extensive experience in international shipping and we work with the best shipping companies. Note that if you live outside of the European Union, your country´s customs could apply extra duties.
Can I specify a delivery time frame?
This service it is not available. Transport agency will deliver the parcel in the daytime. Please take this in mind when choosing the sending address.
